7.5ml | 0.5 tbsp | Brandy |

0.315ml | 1/16 tsp | Ground Cloves |
Method
- Place ingredients in a small pan and bring to a simmer
- Continue to simmer for around 1-20 minutes, breaking up the Blackberries,
and reducing the liquid to about half.
- Optionally strain to remove seeds and firmer solids
